LEMON CAKE

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  - 1/2 cup
Custard powder  - 1 tbsp
Sugar  powder- 1/2 cup
 Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon zest - 1 tsp
Freshly squeeze lemon juice  - 2 tbsp
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence  - 1 tsp
Strawberry fr garnishing

METHOD
Preheat oven for 180.c
Sieve all purpose flour,custard powder and baking powder.
Grate the lemon zest.
Take a bowl add thick curd,sugar powder,milk,butter,vanilla essence,lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about twenty mins
Insert the toothpick and check the cake.
Garnish with strawberry
