INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Gobindo bhog rice - 1/4 cup
Khejur gur - 1/2 cup patali
Crushed almonds - 1 tsp
Crushed cashewnuts - 1 tsp
Raisins - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Boil the milk in a pan.
When it brings to boil add rice and stir continuously in a low flame.
Cook well till it gets thick and rice is done add kherur gur
Add cardamom powder,cashewnuts,almonds, raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
