INGREDIENTS
Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
Finely chopped spinach - 1 cup
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 2
Black pepper - 2
Butter - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2/3 cup
Black salt - to taste
METHOD
Heat butter in a pan,add cinnamon,cloves and black pepper to crackle.
Add ginger,green chilly,spinach and cauliflower,
Cook in a low flame for five mins.
Add corn flour in half cup of water and add in the soup.
Add milk and cook for two mins.
Turn off the flame and add black salt and mix well.
Serve hot.
