OATS CAKE


Prep Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Oats powder  -  1 cup
Mashed ripe banana  -  1
Baking powder  -  1/2 tsp
Sugar powder  -  1/2 cup
Fresh cream  -  1 cup
Oil  -  1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence  - 1/4 tsp
Almonds  -  1 tbsp
Oats  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the oats and make a powder.
Take a large bowl add oats powder and baking powder and mix well.
Take another bowl add fresh cream,sugar powder,oil and mashed banana and mix well.
Whisk until light and fluffy
Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well and also add vanilla essence and mix well.
Preheat oven at 180.c
Grease the dish and pour the batter into the dish
At the top sprinkle the almonds and oats and bake for 20 mins.
