BIRD NEST


Prep Time : 45 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 3

INGREDIENTS
For nest
Boiled n mashed potato  -  3 big size
Ginger paste  -  1 tsp
Green chilly  -  1
Red chilly powder  -  1/4 tsp
Amchur powder/dry mango powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Corn flour  -  2 tbsp
Coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Vermicelli  -  100 gms
All purpose flour  -  2 tbsp
Oil  -  for frying
For egg
Paneer  -  100 gms
Salt  -  to taste

METHOD
Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato,ginger paste,green chilly,red chilly powder,amchur powder,salt,corn flour and coriander leaves and mix well.
Make a dough and divide the dough into three balls.
Make a flat patties of medium thickness
Take all purpose flour and 1/4 cup of water and make a batter.
Dip this patties into all purpose flour batter and coat with vermicelli.
Now nest is ready,keep in the fridge for half an hour
Deep fry in hot oil and strain it.
Take a paneer add salt and mix well.
Make a round shape ball like egg.
Assemble the egg in the nest
