RAW MANGO RAITA

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS 
Grated raw mango   -  1
Hung curd  -  1 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Red chilly powder  - 1/2 tsp
Rai/black mustard seeds  -  1/2 tsp
Curry leaves  -  8 - 10
Asafetida  -  a pinch
Oil  -  1 tsp

METHOD
Wash and peel the mango and grate it.
Take a hung curd and whisk it.
Add grated mango,salt,red chilly powder and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida and rai seeds to crackle.
Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
Add in the raw mango raita and mix well.
Serve chilled.
