SALAD PARATHA





Prep Time :25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Multigrain flour  -  2 cup
Crushed carom seeds  - 1/4 tsp
Salad(spinach,onion,radish) - 2 cup
Crushed coriander  - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Crush all the veggies in the chopper.
Add all the ingredients and salad veggies in the multigrain flour and mix it well.
Make a dough with the help of little water.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin.
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
Serve hot.
