INGREDIENTS
Mutton - 500 gms
Chopped onion - 4 big size
Cream - 2 - 3 tbsp
Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Cloves - 4 - 5
Bay leaf - 2 - 3
Green cardamom - 2 - 3
Black cardamom - 1
Mace - 1 piece
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 100 gms
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Mace powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf,cloves,black pepper,mace,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon and saute for one mins.
Add chopped onion,mutton pieces,ginger,garlic,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
Stir fry for 15 - 20 mins and cover it on a low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
Add cream,cardamom powder and mace powder and mix well.
add one cup of water and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
