INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Grated jaggery / gur - 1 cup
White sesame seeds - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter / ghee - 3 tbsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl add grated jaggery / gur and milk and mix well.
Add clarified butter / ghee and white sesame seeds / til in a wheat flour.
Knead a dough with the help of jaggery / gur and milk solution.
Make a stiff dough.
Divide into balls and roll out.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Drain and serve.
