INGREDIENTS
Maize flour / makka ka atta - 3 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
For chat
Boiled potato - 2
Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Tamarind / imli ki chutney - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Zero size sev - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Add all listed ingredients.
Make a soft dough with the help of a water.
Make very thin chapati out of it.
Prick it with fork.
Cut it into triangle shape n deep fry.
Chop the boiled potatoes and fry it.
Place the nachos on the plate.
Add fried potatoes,green chilly,coriander leaves,roasted cumin seeds powder,black salt,salt and tamarind / imli ki chutney.
Lastly add zero size sev and serve immediately.
