MASALA PURI



Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve :2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Chickpea flour / besan -  1/4 cup
Semolina    - 1/4 cup
Pickle masala / achar ka masala    -    1 tsp
Ajwain / carom seeds      - a pinch
Oil       -     1 tbsp
Salt   -  to taste
Oil    - for frying

METHOD
Make a hard dough with the listed ingredients with the help of little water.
Take rest for  30 mins.
Make desired size balls and roll out puri.
In a pan heat the oil and add the puri.
Lower the heat and fry till light brown.
Serve hot.
