INGREDIENTS
Yellow moong dal / lentil - 1 cup
Yellow urad dal / lentil - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Suji / semolina - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Soak yellow moong dal /lentil and yellow urad dal / lentil for 3 - 4 hours and ground coarsely.
Add green chilly,ginger,coriander leaves,onion,suji,red chilly powder,crushed black pepper,garam masala and salt and mix well.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
Always cook in medium flame until done.
Again fry them golden and crispy.
