INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves paste - 3 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves paste - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 2 tsp
Green chilly paste - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida / hing - a pinch
METHOD
In a blender mix fresh coriander leaves paste,fresh mint leaves paste,sugar,salt,black salt,roasted cumin seeds powder,hing,asafoetida and green chilly paste and blend all ingredients well.
Add in a jug of water and pour lemon juice and strain it.
Serve in a glass.
