INGREDIENTS
Bread - 3 slices
Suji - 1/2 bowl
Curd - 1/4 bowl
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Finely chopped shimla mirch - 2 tsp
Finely chopped tomato - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl add semolina / suji,curd,onion,green chilly,coriander leaves,shimla mirch,tomato,salt,red chilly powder and mix well.
Make a thick mixture.
Cut the bread in a four square pieces.
Spread this mixture on the top of the bread.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bread pieces and deep fry until golden in colors.
Always cook in medium flame.
Semolina crispy is ready to eat.
Serve with tea.
