INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 500 gms
Butter - 100 gms
Onion paste - 2 medium onion
Tomato puree - 2 tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Kasmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Hang curd - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Marinate chicken pieces with all listed ingredients except butter.
Keep aside for an hour.
Heat 50 gms butter in a pan.
Add marinated chicken and cover it.
Cook in a low flame for 10 mins till moisture will remove.
Add 50 gms butter and mix well.
Cook simmer for 5 mins.
Serve hot with naan or chapati.
