Raw mango - 2 kg
Sugar - 1 kg
Oil - 2 tbsp
Whole red chilly - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf,cumin seeds and whole red chilly to crackle.
Add grated mango and sugar and mix well.
Keep stiring in low flame till it thickness n water dries out.
Afinger licking pickle ready to eat.
