Bread   -  8 slices
Grated carrot   -  1/2 bowl
Grated cabbage  -  1/2 bowl
Chopped green chilly   -  1 tsp
Cottage cheese / paneer  -   1  bowl
Grated mozzarella cheese  -  1 bowl
Salt   -  to taste
Coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Black pepper   -   1/4 tsp
Butter   -   100 gms

Take a large bowl add carrot,cabbage,green chilly,coriander leaves,paneer,mozzaarella cheese salt and black pepper and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Spread stuffing on the slice.
Applying butter on it.
Cover this slice with other slice.
Heat non stick pan.
Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
Spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
Cut into two pieces.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
