Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Grated cabbage  -  2 tbsp
Grated carrot  -  2 tbsp
Chopped spinach  -  2 tbsp
Grated cucumber  -  2 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Black pepper powcder  -  1/4 tsp
Ajwain / carom seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Oil  -  4 tbsp

Take a large bowl mix together cabbage,carrot,cucumber and spinach.
Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
Add little water to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll out the paratha.
Grease the pan and place the paratha on the hot pan.
Spread all the veggies on the top of the paratha.
Sprinkle red chilly powder,black pepper powder and salt.
Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked.
Cut into four pieces.
Serve hot with curd.
