INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Chopped garlic cloves - 4 - 5
Ajwain - a pinch
Mangrail - a pinch
Baking powder - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 2 - 3
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.Add green chillies and garlic cloves till light brown,add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, maida and all above ingredients to make a soft dough.Keep aside for 15 mins. Knead it again.
Take some dough and make into ball. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.Grease the oil and fold the paratha into round shape ball.Again flatten the balls into round shape paratha.
On a heated tava make parathas applying oil on both sides.
Serve garma garam paratha with pickles.
