KHEJUR GURER PAYESH


Prep Time       :10 mins
Cooking Time  :45mins

INGREDIENTS
Milk     -   1 ltr
Gobindo bhog rice     -  1/4 cup
Khejur gur    -  1/2 cup patali
Crushed almonds    - 1 tsp
Crushed cashewnuts   - 1 tsp
Raisins    -  1 tsp
Cardamom powder  -  a pinch

METHOD
   Boil the milk in a pan. When it brings to a boil add rice and stir continuously in a low flame.
   Cook well till it gets thick and rice is done add gur.

 Add cardamom powder,cashewnuts,almonds and raisins.
           Serve it
