INGREDIENTS
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Arhar dal - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1
Imli pulp - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Mix all dals,turmeric powder and salt, pressure cook with 2 cups of water.
Once it cooled, to temper it with coriander powder, red chilli powder and chopped onion
.Add imli pulp and jaggery..
Again temper it with ghee.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot in a deep
serving bowl.
