INGREDIENTS
Mota poha - 1 cup
Oil for frying - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat the pan with enough oil and deep fry poha and drain in paper napkin
Keep aside.
Add salt, black salt and sugar and mix well.
