DHANIA WALA ALOO

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve 2

INGREDIENTS 
Baby potatoes - 500 gms
Coriander leaves - 2 cup
Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Garlic pods - 4 - 5
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD 

Wash the potatoes and boil in a pressure cooker
Roughly chop dhaniya and mints leaves.
Take a blender and add mint leaves , coriander leaves, green chilly,ginger,garlic salt and l and blend to make a paste 
Heat oil in a pan and add boiled potatoes and saute for five mins. 
Now add green chutney and mix well.
While serving squeeze some lemon and sprinkle some black salt and roasted cumin seeds Powder and mix well.
