INGREDIENTS
Makhana - 2 cup
Dates - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Milkmaid - 1 cup
Saffron - few strands
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
METHOD
Makhana dates kulfi is made by soaking makhana,dates, cashew nuts and almonds in luke warm milk for 30 mins.
Blend into thick ,creamy paste with cardamom powder and few saffron strands.
Add milkmaid and mix well.
Pour into clay pots and freeze for 5 hours.
Garnish with pumkin seeds .
