INGREDIENTS
Gooseberry/amla - 4
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch stick
METHOD
Wash and remove the seeds of the amla.
Grind to make a smooth paste of amla and ginger. and strain it.
Heat sugar and two cup of water in a pan.
Add amla and ginger juice,black salt and lemon juice and cook for ten mins
Garnish with lemon chunks and mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
