INGREDIENTS
Grated snake gourd - 2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Roasted n crushed peanuts - 1 tbsp
Fresh grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 1 - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
METHOD
Wash and grate the snake gourd squeeze it to drain the water.
Add salt,sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
Add roasted and crushed peanuts,fresh coconut,green chilly,onion and coriander leaves and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
