INGREDIENTS
Grated raw mango - 4
Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and peel and grate the raw mango.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add black mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Let it cool down a bit till warm.
Then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and roasted fenugreek powder and then pour this on the grated mango.
Mix well and let it cool completely.
Pour in the glass jar and keep in the fridge.
