INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 1 big size
Sugar - 1 cup
Crushed cloves - 2 - 3
Crushed black pepper - 2 - 3
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron - few strands
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.
Heat mango,sugar,cloves,black pepper,cardamom powder and black salt in a pan.
Keep stiring in low flame till it thickness n water dries out.
Dont over cook.
Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
