INGREDIENTS
Chickpea flour / besan - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Sieve the chickpea flour / besan
In a microwave safe bowl take ghee and chickpea flour / besan and mix well.
Microwave it for 1 minutes.
Add sugar and milk and mix well and microwave high for two mins.
Again this microwave for 2 mins.
Once cooled,cut into pieces.
