INGREDIENTS
Grated bottle gourd / lauki - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1
METHOD
Blanch the grated bottle gourd / lauki with one cup of water for five mins.
Squeeze the extra water from it.
Beat the curd.
Sprinkle black salt,salt,sugar and roasted cumin powder.
Add boiled bottle gourd / lauki and mix well.
