MANGO PHIRNI


INGREDIENTS
Milk      - 1 ltr
Soaked rice     -  4 tbsp
Sugar     - 2 tbsp
Mango pulp   -  1 cup
Corn flour    -  1 tsp
Cardamom powder  - 1/4 tsp
Raisins   -1 tbsp
 Crushed almond   -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and make a paste.
Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Add rice paste and corn flour in a half cup of cold milk and mix well.
Stir in between thickening the milk.
Cook well till it gets thick .
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Once cooled,add mango pulp and mix well.
Garnish with crushed almonds and raisins.
