INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 500 gms
Finely chopped onion - 2 - 3
Ginger ,garlic paste - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Whole red chilly - 2
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 8 - 10
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cream - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
To marinate chicken put red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and rest for 15 mins.
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add chicken pieces and shallow fry for 5 - 6 mins.
Again heat oil in a pan add whole red chilly,coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds.
Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add onion and saute for 4 - 5 mins.Add tomato paste and all dry ingredients(coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder) and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add cooked chicken pieces.
Add 1/2 cup milk in it.
Add 2 tbsp cream in it.
Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
