MANGO FROOTI


INGREDIENTS
Raw mango    -  1
Ripe mango   - 1
Sugar powder    -  1 cup
Water      -  3 cup
Ice cubes    -   8 - 10

METHOD
Boil the raw mango and ripe mango in a pressure cooker.
After one whistle simmer the gas for five mins.
Once cooled,remove the skin and seed of the mango.
Mash the pulp of the mango.
Add sugar powder and mix well.
Add water and strain it.
Take a glass add ice cubes and pour the mango frooti.
Enjoy the refreshing drink.
