Serve  : 4

Potatoes                                    -                          4 medium size
Gram flour                                -                          1/2 cup
Rice flour                                  -                         1/2 cup
Red chilly powder                      -                         1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder                       -                          1/2 tsp
Salt                                          -                           to taste
Oil                                           -                           for frying

Peel and wash the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Mix the dry ingredients with gram flour and rice flour and make a smooth batter with the help of water.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Dip the potatoe slices into the batter.
Coat them well.
Deep fry the pakora golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
