Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  :2

Vanilla ice cream                             -                              2 scoop
Fresh bread slices                            -                              4
Brown sugar                                    -                             2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder                            -                              1/4 tsp
Oil                                                  -                              for frying

Cut the edges of the bread.
Press the bread with rolling pin.
Stuff one scoop of ice cream on the bread and cover with another bread tightly and lock them.
Keep in the freezer for one hour.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the ice cream roll.
Deep fry till light brown.
Place on the plate and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Serve it.
