FLAX SEEDS AND OATS PANCAKE

Cooking Time 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Flax seeds     -   2 tbsp
Oats  -  2 tbsp
Rice flour   - 2 tbsp
Gram flour -  2 tbsp
Curd    -   2 tbsp
Chopped onion  -  2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/2 tsp
Chopped cabbage   -  2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves      - 1 tbsp
Salt  -   to taste
Water  -  as required
Oil     -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the flax seeds and oats seperately
Once cooled blend to make a powder.
Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients.
Heat oil in a non stick pan and sptrad the batter.
Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake .
Flip it when done on one side.
Serve hot.
