MALAI BURFI



Prep Time  :  10 mins
Cooking Time  : 30 mins
Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Milk                                             -                               5 cop
Lemon juice                                 -                              2 tbsp
Sugar                                            -                              1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder                       -                              1/4 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee                   -                              1/2 tsp
Crushed almonds                          -                              2 tbsp
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Add lemon juice and cover the milk..
After few mins. milk is fully curdled.
Strain 3 cup of water and cook in the low flame for 10 mins.
Stir in between till water fully absorb in the cottage cheese / paneer.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add clarified butter / ghee and mix well and switch off the gas.
Grease the plate and pour the mixture on the plate and press it.
Garnish with crushed almonds.
After 1/2 an hour cut them in shape.
