POTATO / ALOO SALAD

Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve  :2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes / aloo                             -                          3 - 4 medium size
Hang curd                                                -                          1 cup
Black pepper powder                               -                          a pinch
Salt                                                           -                          to taste
Roasted cumin seeds powder                   -                         1/4 tsp
Roasted black mustard seeds powder       -                         1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves               -                         2 tbsp

METHOD
Cut the boiled potatoes in square shape.
Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare raita.
Beat the hang curd.
Sprinkle salt,roasted cumin seeds powder,roasted black mustard seeds powder,black pepper powder.
Add boiled diced potatoes an d mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve chill oy room temperature.
