Wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Chilly flex - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Grasted mozzarella cheese - 1/2 bowl
Finely chopped bell pepper - 1/2 bowl
Finelly chopped onion - 1/2 bowl
Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
Take a bowl add wheat flour,all purpose flour,oregano,chilly flex and salt together and mix well.
Knead to make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Make an equal size balls.
Flatten the balls into thin round paratha.
Stuff the filling and fold it.
On a heated pan,make pizza paratha applying clarified butter / ghee on both the sides.
Serve garma garam Pizza paratha with sauce.
