All purpose flour / maida - 100 gms
Oil - 25 gms
Carom seeds - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Water - 1/4 cup
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,oil,carom seeds and salt and mix well.
Add little water and make a stiff dough.
Keep rest for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into 5 - 6 round balls.
Now cut the circle in small diamond shape.
Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.
Drain on paper napkin.
Serve with tea or coffee
