Grated jaggery /gur - 1/2 cup
Crushed almonds - 1 cup
Crushed cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Crushed walnuts - 1/2 cup
Roasted poppy seeds / khus khus - 2 tbsp
Ajwain /carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter / butter - 1/2 tsp
Add clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add jaggery and stir while cooking till jaggery melts.
ADD Carom seeds,almonds,cashew nuts,walnuts and mix well.
Spread the mixture in a plate.
Once cooled,we makr a ladoo.
We take roasted poppy seeds in another plate and coat the ladoo with them.
