INGREDIENTS
Boiled yellow matar /peas - 1 cup
All purpose flour papdi - 5 - 6
Curd - 1/2 cup
Nylon sev - 1/2 cup
Boiled mashed potatoe - 1
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped green chilli - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Tamarind /imli chutney - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chutney - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 ts
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
In a serving plate add bolied peas /yellow matar.
Add crushed papdi.Add boiled n mashed potato.
Add onion and green chilli.Add fresh curd on the plate.
Add tamarind and dhania chutney on the plate.
Sprinkle red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder.black salt,salt n chat masala one by one.
Garnish with nylon sev and coriander leave
