HUMMUS


INGREDIENTS
Boiled chick pea        -       2 tbsp
Roasted til       -                   1 tbsp
Chopped garlic cloves   -  2 tbsp
Chopped green chilli      - 2 - 3
Lemon juice            -    2 tbsp
Salt                       -      to taste
Olive oil           -           2 tsp

METHOD
Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
Squeeze lemon juice
Add olive oil and mix well.
Serve it.
