INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 ltr
Gobind bhog rice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Wash the rice and grind coarsely.
Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Add crushed rice and stir in between thickening the rice.
Cook well till it gets thick and rice is fully done.
Heat pan and add sugar in a low flame to caramelize it
Add caramelized sugar in it and mix well.
Add cardamom powder,crushed cashew nuts n raisins.
Serve it.
