INGREDIENTS
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Processed cheese - 1 cube grate
Chopped green bell pepper - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a kadai,add ginger garlic paste n saute.Add onion and saute till light brown.
Add green bell pepper and stir fry .
Add boiled rice and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mis.
Add red chilli sauce and saute for 3 -4 mins
Add grated cheese and mix well.
Serve hot.
