INGREDIENTS
Semolina or suji - 1/2 cup
Besan or chana powder - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Mix veggie
(beans,carrot,
capsicum,onion) - 1 cup diced
Curd - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
METHOD
In a bowl mix semolina,chana powder,rice flour,curd,salt and water.
Make a smooth batter.Batter is not so thick.
Heat non stick pan to very hot.Spread the mixture of the uttapam batter.At the top the uttapam with green veggies added..
Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
Serve hot with sauces.
