INGREDIENTS
Cabbage - 250 gms
Potatoes - 2
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek or methi seeds - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Wash cabbage properly.Chop it thin pieces.Wash peel and chop the potatoes in cubes.
Heat oil in a pan.Add fenugreek or methi seeds to crackle.Add onion n saute till light brown.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt n saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Now add cabbage and potato and mix well.Add sugar and cover the pan on a low flame for 8 - 10 mins or the potatoes are fully cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
