INGREDIENTS
Fresh red chillies - 250 gms
Garlic - 250 gms
Methi dana - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and cut red chilli properly.Blend the red chilli and clove to make a fine paste.
Heat mustard oil in a pan.Add methi seeds and add chilli and garlic paste.
Add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.
Cook on low flame for half an hour.
Add lemon juice.
Serve with roti.
