Peanuts _ 1 tbs
Curry leaves - 6-7
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Maida - 2 tbsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Heat water in a wok.
Add vermicelli and boil it.
Wash in a cold water and strain it

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the peanuts and strain it.
Now add batch wise vermicelli and deep fry it.
Add curry leaves and fry it.
Now add chat masala.salt, black salt,red chilly powder,sugar and mix well.
Now your vermicelli mixture is ready to eat.
