INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Finely chopped mint leaves - 1 cup
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 ts
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
Dry mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp for kneading the dough
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curd - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,mint leaves,,carom seeds,onion seeds ,salt,curd and two tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Heat the pan and add mint leaves and roast it in a slow flame.
Take a bowl add chat masala,roasted cumin seeds and mint leaves and mix well.
Divide the dough into four parts.
Roll out dough into thin chapati spread clarified butter on it.
Now dust the dry flour and now add mint leaves,chat masala mixture in it and make fleets.
Roll it in a circle like swiss roll ,
Now dust the dry flour and roll out paratha.
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
Serve hot.
